CONSULTATION POLICY

We offer a fund refund for Business or Personal Consultation Services within 24hrs prior to the scheduled booked time. In the event the client needs to reschedule, we will need 24-hour notification.  If clients fail to appear for a scheduled consultation without notice, the consultation fee may be non-refundable.   

REFUND POLICY FOR EBOOKS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All sales are final for the printed books, eBooks, digital downloads, custom and made-to-order items. If the eBook or digital downloads doesn’t work, you can request a full refund at any time within 30 days of purchase.

   Please be advised that a deposit or full payment is required for said speaking service. Depending on the type of speaking engagement will render the type of payment or deposit.
